- Help with your account: support@energicore.app — billing, access problems, or anything not working as it should.
If you already use Energicore
Signed-in users have a support panel built into the product. Raising an issue there is faster than email: it opens a thread you can reply to, tracks its status, and reaches the team who can act on it directly. Email works too, and arrives in the same queue.
If you reached us through a housing association, council or charity, they may handle first-line support for their own residents. Their details will be on the plan or report they sent you.
