Why not an average

Two identical homes want different work

Same street, same floor area, same band. One has a solid wall and an old boiler; the other was re-roofed a decade ago and needs glazing and controls. Planning from archetype averages puts money in the wrong place.

Energicore models each property individually and only then rolls the results up, so the portfolio view you report on is built from real per-property decisions.
