For organisations
How it works inside your organisation
Getting your stock in, deciding who can see what, what a resident actually receives, and what procurement will ask you for. The detail behind the pitch.

You do not need a survey before you can plan
The blocker for most teams is data. Energicore starts from what is already known about a property and models the rest, so planning does not wait on fieldwork.
Import
Add properties one at a time or in bulk
Bring in a whole scheme or a single address. Energicore looks up what is on the public EPC register and produces its own prediction for every property regardless, so gaps in the register do not become gaps in your plan.

Prediction
Modelled per property
RdSAP-aligned modelling for each home, cross-checked against the register where a certificate exists, never an archetype average applied across a street.
Cleaning
Normalised, readable records
Raw register data is cleaned into a consistent, jargon-free view of each property, so two records from different years are comparable.
Roll-ups
Portfolio views built from real per-property decisions
Group by scheme, ward, tenure or archetype. Because every roll-up is assembled from individual property models rather than a stock average, the number you report is the number you can defend when someone asks how it was reached.
Your team
Who can see what
Advice work involves sensitive household information. Access is scoped so people see the properties relevant to their work and no more.
Colleagues and roles
- Invite colleagues into your organisation
- Role-based access so advisors see only their cases
- Assign properties and cases to named advisors
Client organisations
- Hold each client organisation separately
- Switch between them without mixing data
- Issue branded plans per client
Your residents
What the household actually receives
Two routes onto the platform, and everything the resident touches carries your organisation's name rather than ours.
Route one
Your advisor signs them up
An advisor registers the resident on their behalf during a visit or a call, builds the plan with them, and hands over a report before they leave.
Route two
The resident signs up themselves
A household completes it in their own time and returns later to check progress or update the plan as circumstances change.
Branding
It carries your name, not ours
- Your logo, accent and neutral palette throughout
- Your own domain for the resident-facing side
- Branded plan pages and PDF reports
- Branded email from your address
Reports they can act on
A branded PDF with the measures, grant flags and modelled outcomes, plus a plan page that can be shared through a time-limited link rather than an open public URL.
Set up in your organisation settings: no work from us needed.
Procurement
What your governance team will ask for
Councils and charities need a platform that protects sensitive household information. These safeguards apply across every organisation account.
Encrypted connections
Every session uses HTTPS (TLS). Data in transit is protected by industry-standard encryption.
UK and EEA hosting
Platform data is hosted within the UK and European Economic Area on established cloud infrastructure.
Role-based access
Organisation accounts support team roles so advisors only see the properties and data relevant to their work.
UK-GDPR and DPAs
ICO registered (ZB909895). Data Processing Agreements are available on request for procurement.
Property plans can be shared via time-limited links rather than open public URLs. Read our full security posture.
By sector
How different teams use it
Local authorities
Plan across wards and schemes, evidence spend to committee, and report against targets with the per-property detail behind every figure.
Housing associations
Work through stock at scale, sequence work by budget or target band, and reissue plans when assumptions or funding change.
Advice charities
Give a household a plan they can act on, in your own name, without commissioning software or waiting on a development cycle.
In their own words
“I was genuinely impressed, not only by the incredible level of detail it provides, but also by how intuitive, fast and easy it is to navigate and use.”
