Yes — Plus and Pro plans both include a free trial so you can explore all features before committing. No credit card is required to start.
Can I switch plans at any time?▾
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your organisation dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What counts as a property?▾
Any unique residential address you add to Energicore counts as one property. You can add properties manually by postcode or by importing EPC data.
What is a custom tenant?▾
A custom tenant lets you apply your own brand colours, logo, and domain to the Energicore interface — giving your clients a fully white-labelled experience. Available on Scale and Enterprise plans.
Do you offer refunds?▾
We offer a 14-day refund on your first payment if you are not satisfied. After that, payments are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time.
Is there a discount for annual billing?▾
Yes — paying annually saves up to 17% compared to monthly billing on Plus and Pro plans. Scale and Enterprise are annual-only.
